We work with our clients to design and deliver programmes to meet the needs of their organisation and their people.

What kind of facilitation and training do we offer?

All of our facilitators are qualified coaches and experienced professionals with significant experience in the areas of both leadership and management, and coaching and mentoring.

We will provide you with a delivery team according to your needs.

How do we contract?

We can offer delivery across timeframes to suit your needs and budget. We price according to session (two hours), half day (three hours) full day (seven hours including breaks), and according to the volume of participants. We are able to offer both in person and virtual sessions.

Accredited ILM programmes

We offer accredited, certificated programmes which we run through our ILM centre.

Bespoke programmes

We have a suite of programmes relating to leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, supervision and action learning which we can tailor to meet your needs, or we can produce something entirely new.

Working with us


We have a track record of delivering coaching and leadership interventions to great success across a range of different sectors and organisations. We put your organisation’s optimal culture at the heart of our training. We thrive when working with management teams to release potential and help them to draw on tools and techniques which demonstrate their resourcefulness and that of their teams.

We gather strands of organisational learning during delivery and report on this broadly using experience and anecdote as a methodology of evaluation. This can be essential data for use by the organisation as part of the development of a coaching culture of performance, accountability and individual responsibility.


NCFE has worked with Cath Brown Consultancy since 2016. Cath has been instrumental in upskilling our leaders and managers through the delivery of the Manager as Coach course. Cath and her team have also successfully delivered the ILM level 3 Award in Coaching to our internal coaching team, and more recently supported with an organisational roll-out of a Great Conversations course to our managers and leaders.
