Our successful and applauded Institute of Leadership & Management centre has been running since 2006, In this time we have supported hundreds of clients to successfully achieve qualifications, facilitating their own personal development and their organisations goals.

I was first introduced to Cath and her team of Associates when attending a two-day ‘Introduction to Coaching for Primary Care’, with the North East Leadership Academy (NHS). I was so impressed, and got so much out of it, that I decided to undertake and personally fund the year-long ILM qualification with CBC.
