Sue is an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Action Learning Set Facilitator, Trainer and Consultant.

Sue works across the public, private, charitable and social enterprise sectors.

“

Working with Sue has allowed me to explore and ultimately change my role with my organisation. Sue guided me through challenging decisions and work situations in a very supportive way. Sue helped me to question my own assumptions and thought processes, opening up new solutions and possibilities to some seemingly intractable issues. This has resulted in a growth of confidence and a change of role/direction that has benefitted both myself and my organisation

Senior Leader VCSE Sector

The sessions have been transformational. Having the time to reflect and be challenged (in a supportive way) has made me realise a number of things about myself and my interactions with others. I have made some long-term changes which have already had a positive material impact. I couldn’t recommend Sue highly enough
