Nadine Bleasby

Hello, I’m Nadine. I’m a leadership coach and development facilitator including Myers Briggs and 360 feedback. I work with clients across sectors including the NHS, higher education and local authorities.

Fuelled by a strong belief that ‘to lead is to serve’ I enjoy working together with people with curiosity to help them fulfil their leadership potential. By working and exploring together I help bring increased awareness and understanding of clients’ holistic selves to light, which supports authentic and compassionate leadership and dissolves the notion of having to adopt a ‘work personality’.

Nadine is a leadership coach with extensive operations experience in complex service organisations working as an agent for change, including the NHS, the independent health sector and higher education.

Nadine has worked at local, regional and national level and in provider and arm’s length body organisations. Having established a number of services ab initio, she is comfortable working in novel and dynamic environments, leading others through change and creating new structures, systems and process optimisation. Highly adept at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals, leading by example and with integrity are defining characteristics of Nadine’s leadership style as is her commitment to people, which is evident in her coaching style.

Nadine has over fifteen years’ experience working as an internal coach, mentor and 360 feedback facilitator, as well as being a Myers Briggs Step 1 Practitioner, team development, and action learning set facilitator.



I undertook a period of coaching with Nadine, which I found to be invaluable. Nadine is able to combine her kindness and compassion with her very pragmatic, straight-talking approach, which ensures that the sessions are focused and effective. She is extremely insightful and can gently guide towards the consideration of alternative perspectives or options, using an array of tools and techniques with a high level of competence and emotional intelligence. Nadine starts from the premise that solutions lay within the individual, and that as coach her role is to encourage reflection through high quality questioning conversations, helping clients to identify these solutions and ultimately how they can best be deployed in a way which aligns authentically with their own style. This holistic approach takes into consideration values and beliefs, personal priorities including available support and advocacy, as well as an honest exploration of performance, ambition, potential and opportunity as appropriate to the client-led agenda and goals. Collectively this enhanced understanding of the self enables the client to manage the changes they wish to make.

Career background

Nadine has more than 20 years public sector experience working initially in medical education, followed by circa ten years in senior Operations roles in clinical research nationally and regionally for NIHR Clinical Research Network and most recently leading a shared services business support function in Primary Care. She has specialised in creating new services from concept to fully operational delivery, developing appropriate organisations structures, systems and process underpinned by an engaged and diverse workforce. With an interest in Organisational Development gained through her ‘in-house’ coaching and facilitation experience, she applies this lens to her leadership perspective.
