Marie Hunter
Marie has a supportive, listening and facilitative coaching style and uses her intuition to enable individuals to develop greater self-awareness, recognise their strengths and build confidence in order to realise personal, career and professional goals.
Marie has a particular interest in developing leaders at all levels of organisations to recognise their strengths, build their portfolio of leadership skills and grow their confidence and competence in their own leadership style. Marie’s coaching style fuses a person-centred, calm and learning full approach, with a sharp focus on pragmatic actions.
Marie is an Executive Coach, Facilitator, Change and People Development Consultant.
Marie has extensive experience of coaching people across a wide range of people (CEOs to junior leaders) across the private (blue chip and SMEs), public and third sectors.
My coaching supported my promotion from a technical role into a senior strategic leadership role. The coaching sessions with Marie helped me stand back and have provided clarity and focus to help me through the transition into my new role. Career background
Following a successful career in a number of people development roles, Marie achieved her own career ambition and became self-employed in 2003. Since then she has provided leadership development and coaching to a range of public sector organisations, including NHS, blue-chip private and not for profit organisations. Marie has a track record of consistently applying her depth of Organisation Development expertise to address leadership and team development problems and deliver strategic goals. She works with teams to improve their effectiveness and coaches leaders to bring about behavioural change. Marie facilitates Leadership and Management Development Programmes for NHS England as part of their professional learning pathway.
