Lucy Ord
Lucy is passionate about supporting people to see their potential, find their purpose and get ‘unstuck’.
She supports clients to work with greater confidence, authenticity, personal presence, and emotional intelligence. Lucy takes a person-centred approach, whilst also maintaining a keen focus on the organisational system.
Lucy is a Coach, Facilitator, Leadership and Organisation Development specialist.
Lucy’s experience, built up over two decades, has seen her work with clients at all levels across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
I have found working with someone like Lucy to be invaluable. She has helped me in developing skills in self-questioning and self-coaching, understanding where my opportunities are to influence ‘wicked’ challenges and, where possible, being understanding and kind to myself when I am particularly struggling. She demonstrated nothing but respect and understanding throughout our coaching sessions together…I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy as an exemplary coach to colleagues.
Directorate Manager NHS
Working with Lucy has been so useful, uplifting and inspiring. Lucy is fantastic at being able to look at your whole self, whilst getting in to practical, specific suggestions. The toolkit Lucy has to offer, with such a compassionate, dynamic approach has been wonderful. I have got a lot from Lucy’s guidance and knowledge.
