Kitty Haylock

Kitty is a friendly and approachable coach who is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential, and to make decisions that are right for them as individuals.

Although Kitty has a particular passion for positive psychological approaches that focus on strengths, wellbeing, and resilience, she has experience in a wide range of coaching techniques and takes a person-centred approach, adapting to meet the needs and preferences of the individual or team she is working with.

Kitty is an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Trainer and Facilitator.

She works with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and seniority, from teen mothers and career starters, through to senior leaders and executives.

“

A series of coaching sessions with Kitty allowed me to unpack and rationalise my aspirations and opportunities and explore my fears and uncertainties. She prompted me to address some key questions I had subconsciously been avoiding. Kitty spent time exploring my interests, values, concerns and aspirations – she helped me in understanding their interconnection – and what I was not deducing from them or was backing away from addressing. It was a very useful process – both comforting and challenging.

The ultimate test has been in the value to me of its outcome – taking me in a direction which I might not have rationalised for myself as one which I had the courage and ability to take.

Executive Director

Before coaching I had been totally focused on my weaknesses. There was always something more I could improve and I always felt like I wasn’t good enough. Instead Kitty used exercises to help me recognise my strengths and we found ways in which I could maximise these at work. It was hard at first to let myself think in these terms, but now I feel confident almost every day. Since then I feel that I have really demonstrated my worth and have progressed from a maternity cover post to a substantive post.
