Christina Gates
Christina enjoys working with people who want to change themselves and/or their organisation in some way, who are open to challenge and excited to further tap into the positive influence they can have.
Christina understands how to effectively and sustainably help people to own their power and ensure they are equipped with the insight and tools they need to keep moving forward.
Christina is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach, Executive Team Coach, Licensed Practitioner of NLP, Coach Supervisor, Facilitator, Trainer and Senior Leader.
Christina has worked across the public, private and non-profit sectors, including the NHS, Social Care and Social Housing.
Christina is a highly skilled coach, managing to put me at ease and give me the confidence to be open and honest from my initial meeting and throughout our work. She was able to intuitively know how much to challenge me, push me and when to give me the space and time to reflect and build my own solutions and answer to challenges I was facing. Throughout our sessions she was professional, maintaining confidentiality, setting and holding appropriate boundaries and being non-judgemental. She [...] would regularly seek feedback and updates regarding my progress and her work, to ensure I was getting the most out of the sessions and achieving what I identified as my goals…she is supportive and creative, and I would highly recommend her as a coach.
Senior Manager Local Authority
Christina has a way of making you think outside of the box and view things in a totally different way and this had a huge impact for me personally in the way I stopped thinking decisions others made were personal to me.
