Christina Gates

Hello, I’m Christina, an executive coach and coach supervisor. As a coach, I enjoy working with formal and informal leaders, who want to work mindfully, tap into their resourcefulness and develop themselves to benefit them, their teams and the wider systems.

I love to work with people creatively to disrupt patterns of thinking that are no longer helpful and are creating barriers to change and growth. I’ve worked in partnership with leaders in the NHS, local authorities and other public sector organisations, social housing providers, charities, education, and private businesses.

My passion is for working with leaders who want to make mindful choices and have a positive impact on the lives of others.

My areas of specialism are leadership development, change and transition, and (re)finding personal power and confidence.

My work will enable you to be authentically you and use your skills and passion to positively impact others.

“

Christina is a highly skilled coach, managing to put me at ease and give me the confidence to be open and honest from my initial meeting and throughout our work. She was able to intuitively know how much to challenge me, push me and when to give me the space and time to reflect and build my own solutions and answer to challenges I was facing. Throughout our sessions she was professional, maintaining confidentiality, setting and holding appropriate boundaries and being non-judgemental. She [...] would regularly seek feedback and updates regarding my progress and her work, to ensure I was getting the most out of the sessions and achieving what I identified as my goals…she is supportive and creative, and I would highly recommend her as a coach
